Warranty service, at TCL’s discretion, involves repair at an Authorized TCL Service Center or direct exchange for a new or refurbished/remanufactured unit. To obtain warranty service, proof of purchase (bill of sale or receipted invoice from an Authorized Dealer) is required, demonstrating that the product is within the warranty period. Pre-authorization from TCL is necessary before sending any product for service.
