Terms & Condition

Based on information for the Samsung AR4500 Inverter Wall Split Airconditioner (model AR18BSHGAWK/FA), the product is covered by a 2-year warranty on the unit and a 10-year warranty on the compressor. This warranty is valid only if the product is serviced at a minimum of every six months by an accredited installing dealer. Additionally, if the product is installed in corrosive or very dusty/dirty environments, necessary precautions must be taken by the purchaser, and servicing should be done as often as monthly if conditions require. Services are payable by the client.
