This product is warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the product at no charge for parts or labor if it proves defective. If the specific model is no longer available, KGI may replace it with a current model of equal or greater value. Exclusions include failure due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, ordinary wear, environmental deterioration, cosmetic damage (including paint damage), or consequential damage. The warranty is void for products not used according to KGI’s instructions, those with altered or missing serial numbers, products not purchased from an authorized dealer, or if the product is transferred to another party. To claim warranty service, the original retail purchaser must return the product to the dealer from which it was purchased with the original receipt. If this is not possible, contact Klipsch warranty service at 1-800-554-7724 to arrange for return or in-field destruction, providing the original receipt.
