The Magimix Mini Plus Food Processor is covered by a 30-year guarantee on its motor (comprising the stator, rotor, bushings, relay, and capacitor) and a 3-year guarantee on parts and labour against genuine manufacturing faults, effective from the date of purchase. Spare parts are available for 30 years. To make a claim, proof of purchase is required. Products with defects within 30 days of purchase should be returned to the retailer; otherwise, contact Magimix Customer Care. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from falls or impacts, incorrect handling, insufficient aftercare or cleaning, use of abrasive detergents, connection to incorrect voltage, external events (e.g., fire, flood), or commercial use. Any intervention on the appliance not performed by a Magimix-approved after-sales service will void the warranty. The cost of returning the appliance for testing or repair is not covered. This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase or in countries where Magimix sells the identical model with the same technical specifications.
