The Midea MF200D100WB-T Washer Dryer comes with a 5-year general warranty and a 10-year warranty specifically on the inverter motor. The warranty covers defective materials and manufacturing faults, including parts and service, from the date of original purchase, delivery, or installation. To honor the warranty, the original invoice or a clear proof of purchase must be presented to Midea Distributors or an Authorised Service Centre. All warranty repairs must be performed by an Authorised Service Centre.

Exclusions from the warranty include problems arising from improper installation, non-approved equipment connections, tampering or repairs by non-authorised parties, negligence, misuse, abuse, physical damage, and damage caused by lightning, power surges, atmospheric conditions, acts of God, corrosion, rust, normal wear and tear, or animal/insect infestation. The warranty also does not cover products used for trade, business, industrial, or commercial purposes, nor does it cover cosmetics or parts replaceable without repair. Claims should be logged on the service/warranty portal on the Midea Home Appliances website.
