Magimix Food Processors, including the 3200XL, are covered by a 30-year guarantee on the motor (comprising the motor, stator, rotor, bushings, relay, and capacitor) and a 3-year guarantee on parts and labour against genuine manufacturing faults. This guarantee is effective from the date of purchase and covers both parts and labour for new machines. To claim under the warranty, proof of purchase is required. If defects occur within 30 days of purchase, the product should be returned to the retailer; otherwise, contact Magimix Customer Care. The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase or where Magimix sells the same model with identical technical specifications. Exclusions include damage resulting from a fall or impact, incorrect handling not in compliance with the user manual, insufficient aftercare or cleaning, the use of abrasive detergents unsuitable for plastic, connection to an incorrect voltage, external events (e.g., fire, flood), commercial use, or normal wear and tear. The cost of returning the appliance for testing or repair is not covered. Registration of the appliance with the manufacturer is recommended for full warranty coverage.
