This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product but specifically excludes wear and tear or misuse. For warranty claims, JLab may require proof of destruction, such as cutting the cord and providing a picture or video, instead of returning the physical item, to expedite the replacement process. All warranty claims are subject to JLab’s authorization and discretion.
