Hisense warrants this product against faulty manufacture and/or defective material for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase, provided it is used for its intended domestic purpose only. An additional 12 months (totaling 4 years) can be obtained if the consumer registers the warranty successfully with Hisense South Africa within the first 6 months of the purchase date via their official website (www.hisense.co.za) or by SMS. The warranty is limited to the replacement and/or repair of defective parts after 6 months from the date of purchase and requires that only Hisense authorised service agents are used for any repairs or inspections.
