Terms & Condition

Hisense warrants this product against faulty manufacture and/or defective material for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase, provided it is used for its intended domestic purpose only. An additional 12 months warranty (4th year) can be obtained if the product is successfully registered with Hisense South Africa within the first 6 months of purchase. The warranty covers parts and labour for manufacturing defects. Exclusions include damage from electricity fluctuations, lightning strikes, faulty installations, improper use, misuse, abuse, commercial use, damage from superior force, pest infestation, or liquid damage. After six months from the purchase date, Hisense’s liability is limited to the replacement and/or repair of defective parts and does not extend to installation or removal. To claim warranty service, the original purchaser must present proof of purchase, such as an original bill of sale or receipted invoice, to Hisense or an authorized service provider.
