Terms & Condition

The Hisense WF3S1043BT washing machine comes with a standard 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and defective materials under normal domestic usage. An additional 12 months warranty (totaling 4 years) can be obtained upon successful product registration with Hisense South Africa within 30 days of purchase. Specific component warranties include 12 years on the Inverter Motor, 2 years on the Motherboard, and 2 years on Spare Parts. The warranty covers parts and labor for manufacturing defects. Exclusions include commercial use, damage from misuse or abuse, improper installation, power surges, normal wear and tear, unauthorized access or repair, cosmetic damage, and natural calamities. To make a claim, the original proof of purchase and the product serial number are required, and a service call must be logged for inspection.
