JLab provides a Two Year Limited Warranty for Bluetooth devices, including the Go Air Pop True Wireless Earbuds, for products purchased after July 1, 2018. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage from being stolen or lost. All warranty claims are subject to JLab’s authorization and discretion. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including providing shipping both ways for international claims. Products sent to JLab for warranty claims will not be returned to the customer.
