This warranty covers defective materials and workmanship. To claim, the original retail purchaser must return the product to the dealer from which it was purchased with the original receipt. If returning to the dealer is not possible, contact Klipsch warranty service. The warranty does not cover failure from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, ordinary wear, environmental deterioration, cosmetic damage, or products with altered/missing serial numbers, or those not purchased from an authorized dealer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the original retail purchaser.
