The Defy DAC639 Fridge Freezer comes with a 24-month warranty covering parts and labour for manufacturing defects during normal residential use. An additional 3-year warranty is available upon product registration, extending the total warranty period to 5 years. Claims require proof of purchase and can be initiated by logging a call on the Defy Call Centre number. The warranty typically excludes damages resulting from fire, flood, civil disturbances.
