Defy dishwashers, including the DDW246, come with a 2-year full coverage warranty, with an additional 3 years covering parts only, where labour costs will be charged. To receive the full benefit of this warranty, customers must register their Defy product within the first three months of purchase. For in-warranty repair claims, the process involves logging a call on the Defy Call Centre number (0861 003 339), after which a job number is received and a technician is assigned.
