The warranty is valid against defects or poor quality from the date of delivery, provided proof of purchase is retained or the warranty is registered online. It covers manufacturing defects and poor quality. Exclusions include faults from normal wear and tear, damage due to negligence, user abuse, incorrect usage, electrical surges, sea air corrosion, inadequate care, or unauthorized alterations to the product. For warranty claims on small appliances, customers should review the return policy, confirm eligibility, gather supporting documents (such as order confirmation), and contact customer service at 086 177 8888. Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, documentation, and accessories, within seven days of receipt if incorrect, damaged, or faulty upon delivery. Returns must be shipped freight and insurance prepaid, with the onus on the customer to ensure receipt by Bennett Read within 10 days of written notice.
