Hisense warrants this product against faulty manufacture and/or defective material for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase, provided it is used for domestic purposes only. An additional 12 months (4th year) warranty can be obtained by successfully registering the product with Hisense South Africa within the first 6 months of the purchase date. The warranty covers parts and labour for manufacturing defects. Exclusions include damage from electricity fluctuations, lightning strikes, faulty building wiring, improper installation, misuse, non-domestic use, superior force, insect or pest infestation, water or liquid damage, physical damage, tampering, incorrect adjustment, normal wear and tear, or incorrect installation (unless by an accredited Hisense installer). Any repairs conducted by non-authorised service agents will void the warranty. Claims require proof of purchase, and for the extended warranty, online registration via the official Hisense SA website or SMS within 6 months of purchase is necessary. After 6 months from purchase, Hisense’s liability is limited to the replacement and/or repair of defective parts.
