The JBL PartyBox Stage 320 comes with a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with JBL’s user manuals and technical specifications. Exclusions include damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification, neglect, shipping damage, failure to follow instructions, repairs by unauthorized personnel, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear of components (such as batteries, unless due to a defect in materials or workmanship), and issues arising from the use of third-party accessories. To obtain warranty service, customers must contact JBL Customer Support or an authorized JBL service provider in their region, provide the original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, clearly describe the issue, and follow the provided instructions for product return.
