The TCL Air Conditioning Warranty provides a 24-month limited warranty on the unit and a 60-month limited warranty on the compressor from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects resulting from incorrect assembly, defective workmanship, or faulty material. Exclusions include wear and tear, maltreatment, operation neglect, connection to incorrect voltage, lightning damage, accidental damage, or work performed by unauthorized agents. The warranty is subject to a maintenance agreement requiring the unit to be serviced every six months by the installing dealer, otherwise, it becomes null and void. It is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
