To make a claim, the buyer must provide proof of purchase from authorized sales channels. The warranty is voided if the product has been altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized persons, and it does not cover damage resulting from mishandling by the owner. For quality-related issues, Aiper may offer a replacement within 30 days of purchase, with replacements following the original item’s warranty timeframe.
