The Aiper Scuba S1 comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers quality-related issues and manufacturing defects, specifically including the battery and motor. The warranty is void if the product has been altered, misused, repaired by unauthorized persons, or if damage results from mishandling by the owner. Non-quality issues are not eligible for a refund after 30 days from delivery, and consumables are excluded from the warranty. To make a claim, the buyer must provide proof of purchase from authorized sales channels, such as an order number from the official website or an authorized reseller, a sales invoice, or a dated sales receipt. Aiper will document troubleshooting steps, and the defective item must be returned for quality inspection.
