JLab provides a Two Year Limited Warranty for Bluetooth devices, including these earbuds, applicable to products purchased after July 1, 2018. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of actual delivery. JLab is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims, and for international claims, the customer is required to cover shipping both ways. The warranty specifically excludes coverage for wear and tear or misuse of the product. JLab retains the sole discretion to determine if a claimed defect is a manufacturing defect and to decide on the type of credit or replacement to be issued. Any defective products sent to JLab for a warranty claim will not be returned to the customer.
