JLab provides a Two Year Limited Warranty for Bluetooth devices, including these earbuds, for products purchased after July 1, 2018. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or lost/stolen products. For warranty claims, customers must submit a request, agreeing to JLab’s terms and conditions, and it is strongly recommended to use a tracking number when shipping the product to JLab. JLab reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect is a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, and products sent for warranty will not be returned.
