Exclusions include wear and tear, misuse, and products lost during shipping to JLab. To initiate a claim, proof of purchase is required, and the claimant is responsible for all shipping costs to JLab. JLab reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect is a manufacturing defect and will issue a repair, replacement, or warranty credit accordingly. Products sent for warranty claims will not be returned to the customer. The Limited Warranty extends only to the original end-use purchaser or gift recipient and does not transfer.
