The ProSmart Inverter Motor is specifically covered by a 10-year warranty. For warranty claims, customers must log a call on the Defy Call Centre number (0861 003 339) to receive a job number and have a technician assigned. A valid purchase receipt detailing the date of purchase must be presented prior to any warranty repairs or replacement.
