The Defy DPA7K Portable Air Conditioner comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase. Defy will elect at its sole discretion to either repair, replace, or refund a unit after the initial 6-month period from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from fire, flood, civil disturbances, Acts of God, consequential loss or damage, or damages caused by cockroaches, insects, and/or any other animal. For in-warranty repair claims, customers must log a call on the Defy Call Centre number – 0861 003 339, after which a job number will be received, and a technician assigned.
