The Magimix 4200XL Food Processor is covered by a 30-year guarantee on the motor and a 3-year guarantee on parts and labour, effective from the date of purchase, for normal domestic use. This warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults and includes the cost of repairing a defective product to its original specifications, including labour and replacement of defective parts. Spare parts are available for 30 years. To claim under the guarantee, proof of purchase is required. If defects occur within 30 days of purchase, the product should be returned to the retailer; otherwise, contact Magimix Customer Care. The warranty is void if any intervention on the appliance is not performed by a Magimix approved after-sales service. The cost of returning the appliance for testing or repair is not covered. This product does not come with a commercial warranty.
