The Defy DTD322 Tumble Dryer comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, which can be extended by an additional 1 year upon online registration. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and requires a valid purchase receipt for any claims. Exclusions include defects arising from transport damages, improper installation or use, electricity fluctuations, lightning strikes, non-domestic application, poor maintenance, or failure to adhere to operating instructions. For the initial 6 months post-purchase, customers have the right to request a repair, refund, or replacement for material defects; thereafter, Defy reserves the right to elect the appropriate remedy. Most appliances, including this tumble dryer, will be repaired on-site, and any replaced parts must be returned to Defy. The provision of warranty services or a replacement unit does not extend the original warranty period.
